I just wanted to drop you a note and
say thanks for all your help and patience with me and all my questions
for the GL2WAY's and MP3 players for Ed and myself.
I can try and imagine the hell you
are going through with questions from people that do not understand and
are unhappy about this and that and who knows what.
After we got all of Ed's stuff
installed he went home and was going to get his music on a SD card. he
called me and had no idea how to format, how to get mp3, how to copy,
how to make a folder how to anything. so I went over to his house and
did it for him.
Anyway hang in there with all the
questions from us your customers, some happy and some not so happy. I
just wanted to take the time to make sure you know I appreciate all the
time you have taken to answer all my questions. I will probably have a
few more before it is all said and done
but thanks again.

I’d like to take a moment and thank
you very much for a great product and incredible customer service you
have provided before, during and after the sale.
Before I invest into anything, I do
extensive research and therefore called you multiple times with quite a
few questions regarding your Modular Communication System. I was
looking for specific features, which your unit offered while Hondaline
CB did not. Not only you offered more functions, your price is
substantially lower as well, which made my decision making process even
easier. Most importantly, I was highly impressed with your knowledge,
patience and care. Not once I felt rushed or pushed into making a
decision.
I’m glad that I became your customer!
My overall experience with you and BikeMP3 is exceptional! It's obvious
that you consistently care about your customers and stand behind your
products 100%.
The product works flawlessly! I
got a real chance to test it, use it and enjoy it during my 600+ mile
round trip to Gainesville. I will continue to follow your innovations
and will buy from you again and again...you know I love my gadgets and
yours are unique in many ways, LOL.
Finally, I wish you lots of success
in ALL your future endeavors and will definitely continue to recommend
you and your company to ALL my friends. You deserve it!
